To secure your space at The Standard at St. Louis, click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application, where applicants may choose their desired floor plan! The final step for securing your spot at one of our SLU apartments is to sign your housing contract!
The individual housing contracts for our apartments near SLU are valid from August to late July, coinciding with Saint Louis University’s academic calendar!
Your monthly installment payments for our St. Louis apartments include cable, Internet, trash, and access to all our wonderful community amenities!
Monthly installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th) of the month. Payments can be made conveniently via our online Resident Portal, or you can drop off a check at our leasing office!
Our apartments are conveniently equipped with all the appliances our residents need, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer!
The amount of bedrooms the apartment will have is based on your chosen floor plan! The Standard at St. Louis offers various layouts and bedroom options, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom apartments, so you can choose the floor plan that best fits your lifestyle!
