Apartments Designed For Students
Where you live can make or break your FSL experience. Our SLU apartments are fully furnished with a 43-inch Smart TV, a coffee table, an end table, an entertainment table, a sofa, and a dining table with four chairs. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a desk and chair, a nightstand, and a dresser, giving residents everything they need to succeed in college.

Our community is just a 7-minute walk from DeMattias Hall, the center of SLU’s Fraternity and Sorority Life and the university’s only on-campus FSL housing option. Home to more than 200 members and featuring dedicated spaces for meetings, storage, and community-building, DeMattias Hall is required housing for sophomore students involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life. Juniors and seniors who are no longer subject to this requirement often choose to live at The Standard at St. Louis so they can remain close to their organization.
