A Peaceful Transition
We make it easy for international students to lease at The Standard St. Louis. You can qualify in one of two ways:
Option 1: Self-Qualify (No Guarantor)
- Add a Guarantor Waiver
- Provide proof of student status
- Submit I-20 or J-1 Visa (Canadian residents: DS-2019 + passport)
- Security Deposit: 2x monthly rent
Option 2: Qualify with a Guarantor
- Provide a qualified guarantor (must pass screening)
- Submit I-20 or J-1 Visa (Canadian residents: DS-2019 + passport)
- Security Deposit: $100 (based on qualification)

Catch a ride outside our property, or, if you’re looking to save money on gas and rideshare fees, take advantage of the nearby MetroLink and bus routes to get to class and campus events on time.
